Years ago, Giuseppe Pasini decided to keep the steel tradition alive in Riesa and rebuild the steelworks, which had been deconstructed in 1989. The intention of Giuseppe Pasini was to revive steel.
With his plan, he not only continued the steel tradition in the region, he created hundreds of jobs for the residents of Riesa.

Today, on our 30th anniversary, we would like to celebrate this with the Riesa region.

We have spared no expense and effort for this. To celebrate the day, we have come up with a wide range of entertainment for all visitors. There will be the opportunity to take a guided tour of the plant and to take a look behind the scenes of our factory. In addition, in cooperation with our (sponsoring) partners, we offer a diverse and adventurous entertainment programme for young and old. And if you don't want to go inside the factory, but would like to see it anyway, can view the factory from above via a viewing gondola.

Another highlight will be the presentation of our new sculpture, the "Tree of Life". This will be ceremoniously unveiled at the beginning of the day in a smaller group and will then be available for viewing by all interested parties.

On this great occasion, we would also like to say "thank you" to all our staff and their families. To this end, we are organising a private party for our staff and their families on Saturday, the day after the official Open Day. The highlight on this day will be a final concert by the riesa rock band "Rieplay".
