Since 1992, we at FERALPI STAHL – as part of the international Feralpi Group – have been continuing the steel-making tradition in Riesa, whilst steering it towards a green future. With around 900 dedicated employees at our site, we are united by a clear vision: we produce high-quality structural steel with respect for people and the environment.

In our integrated production process, billets produced in the steelworks are further processed in two rolling mills into wire rod and reinforcing bars in bars and coils. In the wire mill, these are transformed into further refined products such as reinforcing mesh and spacers.

As a secondary route steelworks, we produce our reinforcing bars with a recycling content of over 98 per cent.
